Healthcare Provider CPR

 

This eight-hour course provides the necessary skills and knowledge to perform both one and two-rescuer cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on a pulseless adult, child or infant; the skills to open an airway on an adult, child or infant that is choking; and training in the use of automated defibrillators. Successful completion of this course provides a two-year CPR certification.

 

Healthcare Provider CPR is a prerequisite to the EMT-Basic Course.
